Ship it to us using Australia Post or Sendle (prepaid label provided), or drop it off at our Melbourne location. Full shipping instructions are sent after you place your order.
Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days from when we receive your garment. This doesn’t include shipping time (typically 1–2 days each way within Melbourne, 2–4 days interstate). Rush service is available for an additional fee.
$20 flat rate for round-trip shipping within Melbourne Metro for an order above $50 (we send you a prepaid return label). Local drop-off and pickup is free
What if I’m not happy with the work?
If you’re not sure, send us a photo via the contact form with a description of what you’d like changed. We’ll recommend the right service and provide a quote.
Yes. Bridal alterations are one of our specialities. We recommend booking 6–8 weeks before your wedding date (10–12 weeks for complex work). Book a free consultation and we’ll assess your dress and provide a detailed quote.
We work with virtually all fabrics: cotton, linen, wool, silk, denim, leather, synthetic blends, lace, chiffon, and knits. If a fabric requires specialist handling, we’ll let you know upfront.
Most can, but some have limitations. Garments with very narrow seam allowances may not be able to be let out. Heavily structured garments (e.g., tailored blazers with chest canvas) require more work. We’ll always advise you honestly if an alteration isn’t possible or advisable.
Yes. We accept garments from anywhere in Australia via post. Shipping costs will vary and turnaround times are slightly longer for interstate orders.
