We complete the work in 3–7 working days, quality-check every garment, and send it back the same way it came in.
Our standards
Good alterations start before the first stitch.
Every garment is reviewed for fit, fabric, seams and construction before we begin. Whether we are hemming jeans, repairing a seam, replacing a zip or adjusting the shape of a garment, we look at how the piece was originally made, then finish the work to match.
That means the details matter. A blind hem stays a blind hem. A French seam is finished as a French seam. Edges are secured properly, seams are reinforced where needed, and every garment is checked before it comes back to you.
Because the goal is not just to make it wearable again. It is to make it feel like it was always meant to fit that way.
Transparent pricing. Always.
Rush turnaround available for an additional fee. GST will be applied.

Get back in touch within fourteen days and we'll adjust it again at no charge, as long as the original brief was clear. (If you decide later you want it shorter, that's a new job.)
For most work, no. Our measurement guides walk you through how to mark and measure at home. For bridal and complex resizing, in-person fittings are recommended and free
Yes. We handle silks, sequinned fabrics, vintage cottons, knits, and the rest regularly. If you're worried about anything, add a note at checkout or use the quote form first — we'll tell you honestly if it's not a job we should take on.
