Browse our services and select the alteration you need. Each service has a clear price based on garment type and complexity. Upload a photo of your garment if you’d like us to assess it before you commit or book it in online. Not sure what you need? Send us a photo via the contact form and we’ll recommend the right service.
Step 2: Send your garment
You have two options. Ship it: use our prepaid shipping label (included with every order) to send your garment via Australia Post or Sendle. Drop-off: if you’re in Melbourne, drop your garment at our designated location for free. Either way, your garment is tracked from the moment it leaves your hands.
Step 3: We alter, you wear
Your garment is assigned to an alteration professional matched to the job. We quality-check every piece before returning it to you. Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days from when we receive the garment. Need it faster? Select rush service at checkout.
Our guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the alteration, we’ll redo the work at no charge. If we can’t resolve the issue, you’ll receive a full refund. We stand behind every stitch.
