Send your garment
After you place your order, we send you clear instructions for sending your garment.
Pack the garment securely, attach the provided label and send it to us using the instructions in your order email.
Melbourne drop-off
If you are in Melbourne, you can drop your garment off locally. Drop-off and pickup details are provided after booking.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is usually 3–5 business days from when we receive your garment. Shipping time is not included.
Interstate orders may take longer depending on the carrier.
Returns
Once your alteration or repair is complete, your garment is quality-checked and returned using the selected delivery method.
If something is not right, contact us and we will review it.
